Every offering you will find here is concerned with connection - to body, to earth, to soul. These offerings come in a variety of forms - art, events and courses.

 

Nature connection, embodiment, creativity and ritual are all present here as potent pathways to wholeness. In my work they are often woven together. For example in my courses, both online and in person, we may track a story and observe ourselves in it through embodiment, meditation and creativity. We also engage with ritual and nature connection to bring us home to the practice of listening to, and being part of, nature and acknowledging our human need for meaningful acts.
